We've found the perfect babysitter!
Not only did she cuddle Elodie back to sleep, she did our washing up- and put it all away! The whole house looked untouched, she hadn't even watched tv (she was doing coursework) and she refused to be paid! Of course, we insisted, but how long have I been moaning that we don't have any free babysitters?! And she's a sweetie to talk to (wants to teach English and Drama, so she stole my heart right away!) Something tells me we'll be calling on her services again...

Guess that's the problem with being a bit more spread from the family. I occasionally have ideas about upping sticks and moving up north/abroad but then I think that if/when we started a family I'd like to be quite nearby to my mum.
