...might be interested in the Early Learning Centre Book Amnesty between 5th - 31st January:
Take up to 5 used childrens books to any Early Learning Centre store, they will give them to (local) children who need them, and you get to buy up to 5 new books for 1/2 price!

Oooh what a great idea! We've been clearing out things a lot latlely and I have gone to great lengths to match up books with appropriate places as I can't stand the idea of them going to waste!
What a great idea though to collect in kids books, re-distribute them, and give an incentive to do so! Genius!!!!

thanks heidi i'd got the email but hadn't thought to post havent tried it yet as we have a bookcase full after Christmas, we tend to pass books on anyway but such a cool idea
